If anonymous cloud backup was turned on in the game's Settings on the old device, simply open Settings on the new device, log in anonymously, and tap Restore. All unlocked characters, stars, and coins will sync.
No! Glimmerling is designed to be fully playable offline. Your child can explore all 24 lantern worlds safely without any connection. An internet connection is only needed for the optional anonymous cloud backup.
No. Glimmerling is completely free to download and play, contains zero advertising, and has no in-app purchases or hidden subscriptions. It is a pure, safe playground.
To clear local progress, go to Settings → Reset Data in the game. To delete an anonymous cloud backup from our servers, email us with the anonymous backup ID shown in the game's Settings, and we will purge it immediately.
