🧒Who can use Glimmerling

Glimmerling is designed for children. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for the child's use of the app, including approving any external links or purchases placed behind the parent check.

🎮The game is free

Glimmerling is currently free to play, with no advertising and no in-app purchases. If this ever changes, we will update these Terms and make any paid features clear before you buy.

⭐Your game content and progress

Game progress (stars, coins, unlocked characters, and settings) belongs to you. Optional anonymous cloud backup lets a child restore progress on a new device; it stores only game progress under a random id and no personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details. You may erase all local data at any time in Settings → Reset Data.

✅Acceptable use

Please use Glimmerling only for personal, non-commercial play. Do not:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its art and audio;
• attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our services;
• cheat or tamper with saved data to disrupt others.

🏮Intellectual property

The Glimmerling name, artwork, characters, music, and code are owned by Jarvis Studio and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the app for your own enjoyment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

🔗External links and parent gate

Some actions — opening our website, contacting support, rating the app, and any future purchases — leave the game and are placed behind a parent check. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites reached through these links.

📝Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the game or for technical and legal reasons. We may also update these Terms; we will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, provide clear notice in the app or on this page.

⚖️Disclaimer and liability

Glimmerling is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Jarvis Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

🌏Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
